The mock trial program is a great way to introduce high school students to the legal system. It gives them the opportunity to analyze and prepare a case, using facts and case materials developed by Wisconsin attorneys. Students gain a deeper understanding of the court system as they develop their arguments and build their cases. Students will enhance their public speaking skills as they are presenting their case and acting as witnesses in front of judges and attorneys in a real courtroom setting. The season runs from October to early February.
